(“Company”, “OneOf”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and operates the Site (as defined below) which makes available an online marketplace (“Marketplace”) that provides users with the opportunity to purchase, collect, showcase and resell digital blockchain collectibles which may contain exclusive content related to significant moments, people and brands in Music, Sports and Lifestyle. The Marketplace is proprietary to OneOf.
OneOf is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy (this “Policy”) sets out how we collect and process personal information about you when you visit (a) the website located at the URL www.oneof.com and those other websites owned and/or controlled by OneOf (collectively, the “Company Websites”), (b) those digital properties (including, without limitation, apps) that provide registered users access to the Company Websites (including the Marketplace) (the “Company Digital Properties”), (c) any successor Company Websites or Company Digital Properties and all other web pages interconnected with, and/or forming a part of, such Company Websites and Company Digital Properties, including, without limitation, the home page and all other sub-pages under the same top-level domain name, and (d) all content and all services available thereon, including, without limitation, the Marketplace (collectively, the “Site”), when you sign up for or use the Marketplace, or when you otherwise do business or make contact with us and/or other users of the Marketplace (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you understand and agree that collection and use of your personal information will be made in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, available at https://about.oneof.com/terms-of-service/. The information we obtain depends on your privacy settings on the applicable social media service; we will comply with the privacy policies of the social media platform and we will only collect and store such personal information that we are permitted to collect by those social media platforms. When you access our Services through social media channels or when you connect our Services to social media services, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Policy.

e. For Internal Use and Services Improvement: accumulating and reporting aggregate, statistical information in connection with user activity, including determining which features and services users like best to help us operate, enhance, and improve our Site and Marketplace.

To Enforce Compliance with Our Agreements or Policies: endeavoring to keep you secure and safe while using our Services, which requires us to process your personal information in accordance with this Policy to combat spam, malware, malicious activities, fraud, or security risks as part of our ongoing maintenance and enforcement of our security measures, and carrying out our obligations and enforcing our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us (which include the Terms of Use), including for billing and collection.

a. Within Our Corporate Organization: we may share your personal information with any subsidiaries and affiliates in order to provide you with the Services and take actions based on your request, as well as for the purpose of management and analysis.

Service Providers: we may employ other companies and individuals to facilitate our Site and Marketplace, provide services on our behalf, perform service-related business activities, or assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. These service providers provide us support services such as credit card processing, payment gateways, subscription processing, website hosting, online store platforms, customer relationship management, order fulfillment and shipping, email and postal delivery, analytics, surveys, digital rewards, marketing services, and videoconferencing. The service providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
c. Corporate Transactions: we may disclose personal information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Services users is among the assets transferred. We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Services. Presently, we use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google LLC (“Google”) that tracks and reports Site traffic. d. Behavioral Remarketing
We also use remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you visited our Services. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service. We use Google Ads for these purposes. e. Other Tracking Technologies
To see how our Services is performing we sometimes use conversion beacons, tags, scripts and pixels, which fire a short line of code to tell us when you have clicked on a particular button or reached a particular page. We also use these tracking technologies to analyze usage patterns of our Services. The use of these technologies allows us to record that a particular device, browser, or application has visited a particular webpage.
f. Do Not Track
Some Internet browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari, include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” or “DNT” signals. Since uniform standards for “DNT” signals have not been adopted, our Site does not currently process or respond to “DNT” signals.

If you enable location-based services on your computer or mobile device in connection with your use of the Services, you expressly consent to OneOf collecting the geolocation (which may include specific longitude and latitude) of your device. This information will be used as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We may retain your personal information as long as you continue to use the Site or Marketplace, have an account with us, or for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. You can ask to close your account by contacting us as described below, and we will delete your personal information on request. We may, however, retain personal information for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.

OneOf will verify your ability to access that email, then update our systems to remove your email address from the system we use to send marketing communications. Please note that these choices do not apply to mandatory communications that are part of the Marketplace, or to surveys or other informational communications that have their own unsubscribe method.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information that you shared with us on our Services or through other written or oral means. We are committed to keeping your personal information accurate and up to date. However, it is up to you to update it with any changes. In most cases, you can review and submit changes to your personal information by logging into the Site or Marketplace and visiting your account profile page. Deletion Request Rights – You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.

The Services and their servers are operated in the United States. Please be aware that your information, including your personal information, may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
